COVID-19 VACCINATION POP-UP 2 EVENT - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
MORNING ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
+Grades 3 - 5 will enter through the Cafeteria
+Grades K - 2 will line up in the small school yard
The NYC Office of School Health is hosting our COVID-19 Vaccination Pop-Up 2 Event.
If you want your child vaccinated, please visit the school to give consent. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (or a designee) to be vaccinated.
